We're Seattle's private security response service—your backup when 911 can't prioritize property crimes. We employ active-duty law enforcement officers from the Seattle area and licensed armed security professionals. We coordinate with SPD, but we work for you.
You should—for emergencies, always call 911 first. But for property crimes, SPD's average response is 2+ hours, if they respond at all. Call 911, then call us. We respond to your property fast. We're your backup that actually shows up.
Our target is under 10 minutes to YOUR property for break-ins and trespassing. For comparison, SPD's average response to property crimes is 2+ hours—if they respond at all.
At YOUR property: break-ins, trespassing, suspicious persons on your premises—we intervene. In public spaces: we observe, document, and report. We're not vigilantes patrolling the streets, but when you call us to YOUR property, we show up armed and ready.
See something sketchy? Report it through the app. Our marked patrol car will drive through the area—visible presence alone deters criminals and keeps them moving. We document what we observe. All members get unlimited reports. Premium members can view ALL reports in their sector via the Sector Dashboard.
Use the Schedule button in the app to request property checks. We conduct drive-bys of your property, perform exterior checks for signs of tampering, and note any issues. Perfect for travel, events, or just extra peace of mind.
Basic ($49/mo): Request nearest unit ($49/response), live patrol tracking, unlimited suspicious activity reports. Premium ($89/mo): Everything in Basic PLUS access to the Sector Dashboard—a live feed of all neighborhood activity and reports from other members in your sector.
Keep your alarm system (ADT, Ring, SimpliSafe, etc.). When your alarm company calls you about an activation, just open the app and tap 'Request Nearest Unit.' We'll respond to your property and check it out.
Your deposit ($49 or $89) is collected at signup. Monthly billing begins when your neighborhood reaches capacity and patrol coverage launches. Month 2 is FREE as a Founding Member bonus.
If we don't reach capacity in your area within 12 months, you get a full refund—no questions asked.
No. For life-threatening emergencies—medical, fire, violent crime in progress—call 911. We're the response for everything else: the property crimes, the 'suspicious person,' the break-ins that SPD deprioritizes. Call them first, then call us.
Patrol units operate during peak crime hours overnight. Your sector's schedule will be communicated before launch.
This is a 12-month commitment. Cancel before your zone launches for a full refund. After launch, you're committed for the contract term.
